When does the contest start and end?
RMG Giveaway 2024 starts on January 3, 2024, and ends on November 30, 2024.
When will the winners be selected?
After every Grand Prize Activity, we’ll draw a winner on the 3rd business day following the respective draw month. The draws for the Bonus Minis will take place on the 3rd business day of December 2024.
Do I need to have a mortgage with RMG Mortgages to participate?
RMG Giveaway is only open to existing RMG homeowners. There’s no purchase necessary to enter or to win, but homeowners who wish to participate must register their profile on MyRMG to enter. RMG Giveaway is available online at MyRMG.
How many prizes are available to be won?
There will be different prizes available to be won throughout 2024 by completing Grand Prize Activities and Bonus Minis.

Can I request a substitute prize?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any prize substitutions.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe for monthly email reminders to earn my ballot?
When you first register for the RMG Giveaway contest, you’ll have the option to subscribe for email reminders. If you did not subscribe for email reminders during the registration process, you may do so after you’ve completed your Grand Prize Activity.
If you no longer want to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button found at the bottom of every email. This option will only affect subscriptions to RMG Giveaway reminders and does not change any other email preferences already set.
How do I find out how many activities I have completed?
When you log in to the RMG Giveaway contest site, you will be able to see on the activity dashboard how many Grand Prize Activities and Bonus Minis you have completed.
What if I have a question or concern about my current activity count?
If I miss a Grand Prize Activity, is there a way I can still complete it?
No, unfortunately, you can only complete a Grand Prize Activity when you complete the actions required during that particular month.
When can I enter the contest site to complete a Grand Prize Activity?
As long as you log in to the RMG Giveaway site before the last day of the month and complete the Grand Prize Activity of that month, you’ll be able to enter the prize draw. You can sign up for email reminders to remind you to complete Grand Prize Activities.
How are the winners notified?
We’ll contact the winners by phone or email. Only the selected winners will be notified.
How will I receive my prize if I win?
After completing all the requirements in the RMG Giveaway Contest Rules, the winner will receive their prize digitally or by courier. We’ll confirm these details during the prize confirmation process.
If I win a prize, will my information be published on the contest site?
